After an excellent meal attended by nearly 200 people, presentations were made to the successful teams and individuals by league president Reece Lovell.

Winners for the season were - individual champion and highest competition score: Graham Wilcox; runner-up: Phil Dean. Pairs champions: Russell Loud and Malcolm Day; Neil Wilcox and Paul Stewart. Highest competition score: Malcolm Teague and Peter Hucker. London Bridge champion: Steve Barker; Paul Steer; Phil Dean.

Division 1 champions: Nomads; WM Racketeers B. Division 2: Dropouts; Crown Inn. Division 3: Nelly’s Heroes; White Hart Harriers. Division 4: Uphill Steamers; Boro Arms B. Wooden Spoon: Earlybirds.

Hospital Cup Division 1: Rascals; Worle Club. Division 2: Crown Inn; Dropouts. Division 3: Nelly’s Heroes; Ginger Mingers. Division 4: Weston Legionaires; White Hart Humbles.

The league had beaten the Wrington Vale League and the Central League in inter-league matches, but lost to the Wells and District League.

The Courage Cup of Merit was presented to St Johns for their hospitality. The Cyril Richardson Cup was awarded to Geoff Poole, who had been team captain since 1987 and the Bill Parsons Trophy was awarded to Ted Thorne, who had announced his retirement from skittles after 55 years.
