WESTON Squash and Racketball fourth team continue to collect much needed points in their bid to get promoted from Division 4.

Although losing both games to Colston and Kingsdown, there were some good performances put in by all players. Graham Quick retained his 100 per cent record and has only dropped one game in the new season, while Rob Fryer put in one of his best performances winning 3-1 against Kingsdown's No 1.

Nick Thompson continues to improve and in both games was involved in five-game thrillers. Although he lost both games, he showed some good fighting spirit, coming back strongly in his match against Kingsdown.

Elliot Smith put in his usual solid performance against Colston winning 3-0, but injured himself, so was unavailable for the match against Kingsdown.

The depth of strength in the squad was evident in the match against Kingsdown where Rod Barnes and Harry Lane both stepped in and put up a brave fight against some hard hitting opponents.
