Ray Cooper won the Fry’s match held at Shiplate Farm Fisheries in Bleadon.
PROMINENT Bristol match group Fry’s held a match on the Hawthorns and Westpool (30 pegs) at Shiplate Farm Fisheries, Bleadon.
Conditions were wintery, but mainly dry. Maggot was the favoured bait by many of the anglers.
Results: Ray Cooper (peg 2) Westpool, 45lb 8oz; Dean Malin (peg 14) Hawthorns, 42lb 4oz; Alan Healey (peg 6) Westpool, 27lb 9oz. Silvers went to Alan Jones (peg 12) Westpool, 5lb 4oz.
