Hornerts Under 13s at their end of season dinner


Hornets under-13s finished their season with their presenation night at the Nest.

All 22 members of the squad attended after a successful first season in the Bristol Junior Combination 7s.

The youngsters played 26 games and scored over 300 tries in the process as each member was presented with a tie as a reward.

Olli won the first of the two trophies given out for the Most Improved Player of the Year.

Having made a struggling start to the season, Olli received the award for changing his game around.

The second and last trophy to be given out was to Yanni for Player of the Year. This award recognised the core values of rugby through team work, respect, enjoyment, discpline and sportmanship.

The club wish to thank everyone for their support, especially Mendip House Nursery and BusAcc Ltd for sponsoring the team hoodies and training tops.
