WESTON skipper Charlie Comyn-Platt will play his last game for the club this weekend before he moves to Australia.

The 23-year-old will join regional league outfit ECU Joondalup after he flies to Perth on Monday for the start of their new season.

Gurney said he was disappointed the former Bolton Wanderers trainee was leaving, but respected the decision.

Comyn-Platt joined Weston in October 2007 after his release by Rochdale and was made club captain ahead of this season, during which he has played 28 games.
