Sky Sports duo Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson will present their roadshow from the Somerset Rebels’ Oaktree Arena.

This week will see new Cases Somerset Rebels recruit Jake Allen jet in to the UK from Australia, and will be one of the three Somerset riders who are planning to be present at the Kelvin Tatum and Nigel Pearson Roadshow, the Sky Sports duo appearing at the Oaktree next Tuesday.

Rebels’ promoter Debbie Hancock said: “Jake wanted to come over early in order to get himself settled in and acclimatise himself in good time before the start of the new season.

“After the disappointment of last season when Jake had to miss out on riding in the UK, he is doubly keen to make up for lost time. He has been in regular contact throughout the winter and is really looking forward to coming over to the UK and getting started.

“As far as next Tuesday’s Tatum and Pearson Roadshow night is concerned, last year’s inaugural event was a great success and tickets are selling fast this time around.

“I would suggest to anyone who hasn’t got their tickets yet to do so without delay in order to avoid the disappointment of leaving it until the last minute only to find out that we have sold out.

“The event should see three of our septet in attendance, as well as Jake, both Charles Wright and Zach Wajtknecht are planning to come along, so as well as enjoying what promises to be an entertaining night of chat and anecdotes from Kelvin and Nigel, fans attending will also get the chance to meet up with three of our riders. GB and Swindon team manager Alun Rossiter will also be making a guest appearance on the night.”

Tickets for the evening can be purchased from the Oaktree Arena on 01278 782216.
