Somerset are set to play Weston in a warm-up for the upcoming NatWest T20 Blast season.

TO mark the start of Somerset Cricket Club’s NatWest T20 Blast season, they will be playing a special warm-up game against Weston on May 11.

This unique event will see the English players take on their overseas Somerset team-mates in what promises to be an explosive encounter.

This spectacular match will be held at Weston Cricket Club in Devonshire Road and will see the likes of Trego, Compton, Kieswetter and Trescothick blasting the ball to all areas of the resort!

Tickets for this match cost just £5 for adults and £2 for Under-16s. The match will begin at 2.30pm with gates opening at 12.30pm, with food and bar facilities available on the day.

Money raised from this special fixture will go towards the Weston club and the Somerset pavilion appeal.
