NORTH Somerset Athletics Academy will be running their fourth annual sports day for young athletes from North Somerset AC, NSAA and Portishead RC.
This is being held at Swiss Valley Sports Centre on Saturday, June 6, from 10am to 1pm. It is anticipated that over 150 athletes, aged 8-15 will participate in a range of events. All spectators welcome, particularly anyone who is thinking of becoming involved in athletics.
This is an excellent opportunity to view some of the county and region's finest young athletes in competition, with 20 regional champions and six national medallists already confirming their attendance.
All monies raised on the day will be given to the Meningitis Trust, which is the annual charity for both NSAA and North Somerset AC.
