Cleeve & Claverham Pythons completed a double in the Weston & District Table Tennis League.
AT the Weston & District Table Tennis Association’s AGM, the following trophies were presented by president Pat Maxwell - Division 1 Westlands Trophy: Cleeve & Claverham Pythons; runners up C & C Vipers.
Division 2 Bill Lavis Shield: Veterans C; Cleeve & Claverham Banwell A. Archdale Handicap Cup: C & C Pythons; Veterans C.
Division 1 averages: Bill Atkinson (C & C Vipers); Division 2: Gary Evry (Veterans C). Pulsford Cup for the most improved junior: Jack Brent (C & C Banwell A).
The association urgently needs a publicity officer to do regular reports. Also, the position of development officer is vacant.
