Five gymnasts and four coaches from Alchemy Trampoline & DMT Club, have just returned from a training camp in Portugal.
FIVE gymnasts and four coaches from Alchemy Trampoline & DMT Club, have just returned from Portugal where they enjoyed some sun and attended a trampoline and DMT training camp.
The camp was attended by clubs from several countries including Britain, Belgium, Germany, Estonia, Spain and Portugal, who all come together to train together for a week.
Alchemy’s gymnasts – Rebecca Lees (14), Eleanor Bear (15), Lauren Cleave (18), Andrea Cleave (14) and Lacey Sell (9), trained all aspects of their disciplines, culminating in a competition at the end of the week, benefitting from the coaching experience of high level coaches from all the countries involved.
