Maggs finished above his counterparts from Oxford United, AFC Wimbledon, Ebbsfleet United, Woking and Dartford.
Weston enjoyed a successful season, ending as champions of the Premier Division, finishing three points clear of second-placed Histon.
The team won 13 of their 22 games, drawing five and losing just four. They scored 49 goals and conceded 30. Maggs top scored with 17 goals, with Liam Dempsey netting nine.
