Weston United returned from Chew Valley with a 27-3 defeat.
Chew Valley 27 pts
Weston United 3 pts
UNITED travelled to Chew Valley 1st XV, but stalled against a side in good form.
The first half saw the United face a strong wind, but the first quarter was spent in the Chew half, but only had three points from a Blizzard penalty to show for their efforts, before Chew hit back to equalise just before the break.
The second half belonged to Chew. They were able to up the tempo, disrupt United ball and score four tries without reply.
The forwards had a good game in terms of the set piece (scrum) and as an individual, Shaun Disney was vocal and controlling at the breakdown and set pieces.
