Weston Football Club will start their pre-season friendly campaign with a trip to Bitton on July 11, followed by a match against Bristol Rovers two days later.
SeaWeston Football Club is close to starting their pre-season campaign, with the first friendly at Bitton on July 11 (7.45pm).
Two days later, Bristol Rovers are bringing a squad of senior players and young professionals to the Woodspring Stadium (7.45pm). This will be a special occasion as they are now a Division 1 club.
On July 16, the Seasiders will face Barnsley at home, while on July 22 they will travel to Mangotsfield United (7.45pm) and finish with a trip to Paulton Rovers on July 29 (7.45pm).
The club is pleased to announce that Jacob Cane and Lewis Powell have signed contracts for the coming season and head coach Ryan Northmore said that the squad is now 85% complete.
Powell is already familiar with a number of the current squad including Kane Ingram, Ben Withey, Syd Camper and Tristan Plummer. Last term, Lewis played for Yate Town Under-18s and featured in quite a few first team games.
