Weston Wheelers caught the rain in their club ride to Glastonbury and back.

ANOTHER soggy Sunday saw Weston Wheelers travel 58 miles, climbing 1,100ft and averaging 16mph on their trip to Glastonbury and back.

The route took them through St Georges over the A370 to Puxton, crossing at Sandford through Winscombe on to the A38. A steady climb through to Wedmore followed and then great descent down Mudgley Hill, on to Glastonbury.

A cup of tea and a slice of cake at a bike friendly café on the high street set the riders up for the ride around the Tor, before they headed back along the Somerset Roubaix. Thanks go to the three Pauls and three Andrews, Mike, Ben, Duncan and Luke.

The friendly, welcoming club is currently taking new memberships, so why not join us.
