Last week the manager was worried he may have lost the pacey frontman, but a deal to keep him at the Woodspring Stadium until mid-April.

Gurney said: "Last week it was doubtful if he would be staying, but at the moment we're 99 per cent sure that he'll be staying with us.

"It looks like it will be sorted this week and he should be in the squad this weekend.
