Yatton Bowling Club, a friendly local club in the heart of the village, will be starting the summer season on Saturday, April 17.
This will be part of a phased return under Covid guidance rules from Bowls England and the club will also be holding an Open Day on Sunday May 30 for anyone who would like to give bowls a try.
This is part of a national promotion with Bowls England and will be a fun day, with more details available nearer the time.
Yatton BC offers free coaching and loan of equipment so if you are keen to give bowls a try and can't wait until the end of May just give them a call now.
All you need is a sense of humour, enthusiasm and a pair of flat shoes. You will be sure of a warm welcome.
