Revered comedy While The Sun Shines will open in Bath next week.
The play, which features acclaimed actor Michael Cochrane, tells the story of the Earl of Harpenden, who allows a drunken American lieutenant to spend the night in his flat. When the Earl arranges some female company for his guest the next morning, all is not well when his fiancée, Lady Elizabeth, appears.
While The Sun Shines will be at Theatre Royal, in Sawclose, Bath, from Wednesday to July 30. Performances will take place at 7.30pm from Monday to Saturday, with matinees at 2.30pm on Thursdays and Saturdays. Tickets, priced £15-34.50, are available from 01225 448844 or via www.theatreroyal.org.uk
