IN THE land of the rising sun and the crazy city of Titipu, the mighty Mikado has banned flirting – and unsurprisingly, trouble is afoot.
Based on the Gilbert and Sullivan operetta with a modern-day twist, The Hot Mikado is filled with toe-tapping songs, a live band, flying dragons and even a giant dancing sushi.
Worle Operatic and Dramatic Society present their latest musical adventure at The Blakehay from March 12-14. Performances start at 7.30pm, with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm.
Tickets, priced £14, are available from the box office on 01934 645493 or online via www.worleoperatic.co.uk/tickets
