THE premiere of a new play written by Natalie McGrath is coming to Bristol this autumn.

Coasting has been developed through Bristol Ferment and is featuring at the studio from September 22 to October 15 at 8pm with 2.30pm matinees on Thursday and Saturday.

The play is a mix of 1980s pop culture language and Polari, gay slang from the 1940-50s and is set in a faded seaside town, following best friends Pearl and Ocean as they stay together making small change from slot machines and escaping reality any way they can.

Tickets, priced 8-12, are available from the box office on 0117 9877877 or via tickets@bristololdvic.org.uk
