Weston-super-Mare’s newest live music venue – Reaper Bar – opened in the Tropicana at the weekend.
Bless’ed Roots headlined the venue’s first live performance.
The bar is named after Banksy’s Grim Reaper piece, which filled the room at his Dismaland exhibition last year.
Now it will see live music performed within its walls once a month, and scores of people enjoyed the first event.
Organiser Mark Whitehouse said: “We had more than 400 people turn up, it was really busy and was a great night.”
The next event at the venue will take place on November 5. Dry White Bones, The Thatchers and Johnny Edgar will perform at the free gig. Doors will open at 7pm.
