I NOTE Weston Playhouse carried out a survey of its patrons to find out whether the theatre should be wholly no smoking. The result was 80 per cent in favour of the ban. So the theatre will become the first council building to be so. This proves to me that democracy can work.Will the council members of Weston now do a similar survey of all the people of Weston as to whether the Tropicana should be refurbished and an opening roof installed?
