SO THEY give permission for a huge trading estate and out of town shopping and are then surprised and caught out by the ensuing traffic chaos. Mmmmmmm!

SO THEY give permission for a huge trading estate and out of town shopping and are then surprised and caught out by the ensuing traffic chaos. Mmmmmmm!

With an ounce of foresight the developers could have been obliged for changes to traffic management, not us. Once again the council, and in particular the man with responsibility for traffic, have proved that they couldn't run the proverbial in a brewery, or perhaps in the light of the Tropicana debacle, a better analogy might be 'couldn't organise a swim at the seaside'.
