SOMERSET artists are opening up their homes to show their work next month.

The displays will form part of Somerset Arts Week, held every autumn to celebrate the contemporary art within the county.

This year’s event will take place over two weeks from September 20 to October 5, featuring hundreds of local artists and craft-makers showcasing their work.

Tim Smith, from Burnham, is one of those to exhibit his work, and will be opening up his home to art lovers at 47 Rosewood Avenue, from 11am-6pm Tuesday-Saturday and 2-6pm on Sundays.
