Cider event cancelled

CIDER lovers will be no longer be able to enjoy their favourite tipple at a Wassail event on Saturday as it has been cancelled.

CIDER lovers will be no longer be able to enjoy their favourite tipple at a Wassail event on Saturday as it has been cancelled.

Rich's Farmhouse Cider were due to host their annual charity bash in Highbridge and the Somerset Scrumpy & Western band, The Mangledwurzels, were also due to perform

But due to 'severe weather conditions' the event has been cancelled.

Refunds for any tickets purchased in advance are available by calling 01278 783651.

Organisers now hope to hold a cider-fuelled charity event in June.
