Jethro returns to The Playhouse

PUBLISHED: 17:00 03 July 2016

Popular stand-up comedian Jethro is coming back to Weston-super-Mare for his latest show, 40 Years The Joker.

It promises to be an evening of hysterical nonsense as audiences are given the chance to glimpse into the mind of the comic storyteller.

Cornish-born Jethro has had a number of jobs including carpenter and miner, but at the age of 18 started his comedy career touring pubs and soon earned himself a reputation as one of the best comics in the South.

Years later, he has now totted up more than four million DVD sales and has earned himself a legion of fans, who follow him faithfully throughout his career.

Jethro: 40 Years The Joker will be at The Playhouse in High Street on August 11 at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £22, are available from 01934 645544 or online at
