LEGENDARY comedian Roy Chubby Brown will be bringing his own distinctive style of humour to the Grand Pier in Weston this spring.

He will be performing his brand new Blue, Rude and Outrageously Hilarious Tour on April 19 and his material will not be for the faint-hearted.

The tour comes with an ‘If easily offended – please stay away’ warning.

Part of Brown’s image is his clown-like stage costume, consisting of a flying helmet and goggles, a multi-coloured, patchwork jacket and trousers and a red bow tie.

He has honed a career as a stand-up after years of playing working men’s clubs and concert venues and the controversial nature of his act means he rarely appears on major television channels.

Early bird tickets are now on sale at £17 from the Grand Pier shop in the pavilion building on the seafront or by visiting

The early bird offer expires on January 31, when tickets will go on sale at £19.
