Comedienne Tiff Stevenson brings her successful Edinburgh Fringe show to Bristol this year.

The stand-up comic will perform her Bombshell show across the country, stopping off in Bristol in April, at the Wardrobe Theatre, in West Street.

Tiff’s tour comes off the back of a successful 18 months, cementing her reputation as a force to be reckoned with in the stand-up community.

She returned for the third series of the BAFTA-winning BBC mockumentary People Just Do Nothing in her regular role as Tanya, while appearing in the new Roisin Conaty E4 sitcom Game Face, and landing a part on the new BBC comedy show White Gold.

She also made two appearances on Mock the Week and bagged her debut on 8 out of 10 Cats in 2017.

In September last year, Tiff was selected by Abbi Jacobson to take part in the inaugural Live From Virgin comedy festival.

Tiff’s latest show is her most political yet, tackling a host of topics including Donald Trump’s presidency through the eyes of her satirical character Bridget Trump, who has appeared in Entertainment Magazine, People Magazine, Comedy Central and Mashable after going viral.

Tiff also explains why and how Theresa May has ruined leopard print forever, ponders the knots the left have tied themselves in and whether feeling politically adrift means she might have found herself bang in the centre.

Bombshell also touches on many other issues, including how to compliment women, the increasing threat to reproductive rights and creationists, to name a few.

Last year, Tiff became a co-host on the Radiotopia hit show The Bugle and also appeared for the first time on The Now Show.

She recorded sets for Kevin Hart’s Laugh Out Loud Network, and Just For Laughs: All Access, earning her a development deal with Warner Brothers’ 150 Project.

Tiff said: “The world is in a very strange place at the moment, so with the doomsday clock approaching midnight it’s time to embrace the blitz spirit and get ready for some bombshells.

“Bombshell is exactly what the title implies; an explosion of outrage.”

Tiff Stevenson will perform at the Wardrobe Theatre on April 6 at 7pm. To book tickets, call 01179 020344.
