Whether you are keen to step out or stay in this weekend, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor events taking place in and around Weston.

From eco events to bingo with a twist, there is loads to keep you entertained as the winter wears on.

n An alternative bingo night will take place at Weston’s Tropicana on Friday.

Bonkers Bingo is an intense night of dance-offs, drinks and, of course, bingo.

Those hoping for a white Christmas may be disappointed but Noah’s Ark Zoo Farm is giving people the opportunity to ‘go green’ ahead of the festive season.

The Wraxall farm’s Green Christmas event will teach visitors how to think sustainably and protect the natural world.

There will be recycled Christmas decorations, an energy efficient Christmas light trial and a visit from some of the animals.

Green Christmas will run all weekend from 10am-5pm.

n A spectacular Christmas tree display will visit Puxton Park from Saturday.

Festival Of Trees will feature Christmas trees and gingerbread houses, as well as a raffle and a competition to decorate your own tree.

Festival Of Trees will run until December 15 from 9am-5.30pm.

n A comic convention will visit The Tropicana in Weston on Sunday.

Stars Of Time Film And Comic Con returns to the Trop with a host of celebrity guests from film and television.

Highlights include Harry Potter’s Josh Herdman and Jeff Rawle, Star Wars’ Alan Harris and Matthew Waterhouse and Elen Thomas from Dr Who.

The event will take place from 10.30am-5.30pm.

n A market will take place in Clevedon on Sunday. There will be gifts, jewellery and local produce.

The Clevedon Sunday Market will be outside the Market Hall from 10am-2pm.
