SOME of Hollywood's favourite actors have teamed up in You, Me and Dupree, which is showing at the Odeon in Weston, this week.Owen Wilson (Wedding Crashers, Meet the Parents) stars as carefree bachelor Randolph Dupree, who takes a week off to be the best man at his oldest friend Carl's wedding in Hawaii.While performing his best-man duties Dupree is sacked from his job and evicted from his flat.The loveable slacker needs a place to stay and ends up on the couch of newlyweds Carl (Matt Dillon) and Molly (Kate Hudson).Vowing to leave after a couple of days, the lazy bachelor settles in, and days turn into weeks and months - much to the annoyance of Molly.But as Carl becomes more and more consumed with his job, Molly turns to Dupree for friendship and even Molly's dad (Michael Douglas) develops a soft spot for him.As his friend becomes part of the family, Carl's frustrations begin to show. And fairly soon everyone, but Carl, is wanting Dupree to stick around.Award-winning directors Anthony and Joe Russo are the masterminds behind this comic tale about a couple trying to make their marriage work when two becomes three.
