IT HAS been a long time coming, but the second instalment in the further misadventures of Captain Jack Sparrow is now upon us.Johnny Depp reprises his role as the charismatic pirate alongside Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley in the eagerly anticipated sequel to Disney's 2003 blockbuster. In Dead Man's Chest, Captain Jack discovers he owes a blood debt to the legendary Davey Jones (Bill Nighy), ruler of the ocean depths and captain of the ghostly Flying Dutchman. With time running out, Jack must find a way out of his debt or else be doomed to eternal damnation and servitude in the afterlife. Making matters worse, Sparrow's problems manage to interfere with the wedding plans of a certain Will Turner (Bloom) and Elizabeth Swann (Knightley), who are forced to join Jack on yet more of his high jinks on the high seas.Incidentally, fans of The Office will be pleased to know that Mackenzie Crook will be back as the hapless Ragetti in a film destined to be one of this summer's biggest hits.
