A NOTORIOUS jewel thief masquerades as a baby in hit comedy Little Man, which is still showing at cinemas this week. After being released from prison, three feet tall hard-man Calvin Sims (Marlon Wayans) plans to pull off one final heist before his retirement.A crime boss offers Calvin and his former partner Percy P (Tracy Morgan) $100,000 to steal the famous Queen Diamond.Calvin cannot resist the lure of the big money, but the heist goes horribly wrong and he is forced to drop the jewel into Vanessa Edwards' (Kerry Washington) purse.Vanessa and her husband Darryl fail to notice as they are caught up in their own problems.Darryl is desperate to become a father, but Vanessa is worried how it will affect her new promotion in the advertising world and she is also concerned that Darryl might not be ready. On hearing their discussion Calvin decides to dress up as a baby to infiltrate the couples' home and steal back the jewel. He dresses up as a toddler and plants himself in a baby basket outside the Edwards' house and is eagerly taken in by Darryl who is keen to prove he can be a good father.Once inside the house Calvin has to contend with gifts and bags of attention from the clucky couple and Vanessa's suspicious father, who is determined to expose Calvin as a fraud, in his quest to get his hands on the jewel. The film is a guaranteed hit for all the family as Calvin is plunged into disaster after disaster as Darryl tries to prove he would make a great dad.
