Medea screened live at the Odeon

A POWERFUL tragedy starring Helen McCrory is being performed at the National Theatre, and screened live at Weston's Odeon cinema.


Helen is playing the title role in Medea, in a new version by Ben Power and directed by Carrie Cracknell.

Medea has left home and borne two sons in exile, but when her husband abandons his family for a whole new life, Medea is left facing banishment.

National Theatre Live: Medea will be broadcast live at the Odeon.

The showing will take place on September 4 at 7pm.


n The Mercury has teamed up with the Odeon to offer two pairs of tickets to a screening of the show.
