The Dilemma

VINCE Vaughn and Kevin James headline an all-star comedy from director Paul Howard and producer Brian Grazer about a man who finds out what you say to a friend is just as important as what you do.

Left to right: Diane Keaton plays Colleen Peck and Harrison Ford plays Mike Pomeroy in Paramount Pictures' MORNING GLORY.

The Dilemma (12A) is out at the Odeon in Weston this week.

Jennifer Connelly, Winona Ryder, Channing Tatum and Queen Latifah join the duo of how far you can go before a brotherly bond snaps.

Since college, bachelor Ronny (Vaughn) and happily-married Nick (James) have been through thick and thin.

Now partners in an auto-design firm the two pals are vying to land a dream project that would launch their company.

But Ronny’s world is turned upside down when he inadvertently sees Nick’s wide Geneva (Ryder) out with another man and makes it his mission to get answers.

As the amateur investigation dissolves into comic mayhem, he learns Nick has a few secrets of his own.

With the clock ticking Ronny must decide whether to reveal the truth to his best mate.

• Also out this week at the Odeon is Morning Glory (12A), a new romantic comedy set in the hilarious, dysfunctional world of morning television.

When hard working producer Becky Fuller (Rachel McAdams) is fired from a news programme her career begins to look bleak, as does her love life.

Stumbling into a job at Daybreak, Becky decided to bring in the legendary TV anchor Mike Pomeroy (Harrison Ford).

But he refuses to cover morning show staples like celebrity gossip, weather, fashion and crafts, let alone work with co-host Colleen Peck (Diane Keaton), a former beauty queen.

As Mike and Colleen clash behind the scenes and then on air, Becky’s love affair with fellow producer Adam begins to unravel and soon she is struggling to hold on to her relationship and career.
