THE three-year wait for the next Despicable Me instalment ends tomorrow (Fri) when the franchise's sequel comes to the big screen.
The animated comedy adventure which is sure to be another big hit with children, sees Steve Carell and Russell Brand return alongside new recruit Steve Coogan.
The famous trio’s voiceovers will bring much-loved characters Gru, Dr Nefario and Silas Ramsbottom to life as good takes on evil once more.
Gru (Carell), fresh from saving his three adopted daughters in the first film, begins to find life away from the evil limelight is not half as exciting as he hoped.
But it soon perks up when the Anti-Villain league turn to him when desperately in need of help to defeat a new threat.
His knowledge of the evil underground network helps give the league an extra edge as the world’s future is threatened once again.
Despicable Me 2 has the same directors as the original film so should prove as entertaining and successful.
