STEVE Martin stars in the latest instalment of a classic comedy at The Odeon, Weston.Inspector Jacques Clouseau (Martin) is back in the action packed film The Pink Panther. In his latest case the bumbling detective, made famous by Peter Sellars, must take on the most important case of his career so far. World soccer coach Yves Glaunt has just lead Team France to victory over Team China. Accompanied by his beautiful lover Xania (Beyonce Knowles) and surrounded bylots of adoring fans, Glaunt is shot dead by a poisoned arrow. In the panic, Glaunt's diamond ring goes missing. The case is handed to Chief Inspector Dreyfus (Kevin Kline) who presses the now retired Clouseau into returning to detective work to help him - but for his own means. While trying to crack the case, Clouseau and his assistant Gilbert Ponton (Jean Reno) are accosted by would-be thugs, notorious bandits, secret agents, an exotic beverage called The Flamingo Mojito and smarmy casino owners. After a period of time the pair narrow down the shortlist of suspects to Xania, a spurned soccer star, a millionaire casino owner and a PR publicist. But who could the cold-blooded murderer really be?
