CHILDREN across North Somerset are being invited to take part in a special reading mission.Youngsters who read six or more books over the summer holidays can take part in the Reading Mission which is being run at all North Somerset libraries.The initiative, which is open to four to 12-year-olds, will run in libraries from July 10.The books can be the child's own choice and each participant will receive a Reading Mission pack in the style of a special agent attache case, containing full details of their challenge, code busting puzzles, tips on reading and help with charting their progress through the six books.Further information is available by contacting David Moger at Clevedon Library on 01275 873498.There is also a dedicated website to support the scheme at www.readingmission.org.uk
