Three storied musicians promise a ‘unique’ vibe when they unite in Weston-super-Mare for a rare joint performance next week.

Dan Donnelly of The Wonderstuff, Levellers collaborator Rev Hammer and Nick Harper – son of legendary singer-songwriter Roy Harper – have long been friends, but their solo commitments mean they enjoy limited opportunities to play together.

They are, however, teaming up for two live gigs in the coming days – and one of them will be in Weston on June 29.

The trio will perform under the moniker 3 Headed Beast at Loves Café in West Street.

Hints of folk, country, punk and pop are all likely to feature in a special performance, about which Dan says: “The chat will be funny, the songs will be great, and the vibe will be unique.”

Tickets for the show, priced £12.50, can be booked by logging on to www.lovesweston.co.uk
