A night with Gaz

ONE of the UK’s top acoustic artists, a musician who has played alongside the like of Newton Faulkner, is set to play at The Imperial, Weston, this weekend.
Since embarking on his career in 2006, Bristol-based Gaz Brookfield has played beside artists such as Frank Turner, Pete Doherty and Jim Lockey.
His songs are instantly accessible, everyman tales of life, love and everything else in between. Played in a folk style with occasional use of his guitar, Gaz’s simple yet poignant song writing captures the imagination of the listener.
In December last year, he became the first unsigned solo act to ever sell out The Fleece, in Bristol.
With more than 500 gigs under his belt to date, he continues to tour the UK.
His albums Trial & Error, Live from the West End of the M4 Corridor and Tell It To The Beer are available online via iTunes and Amazon.
Gaz will be at The Imperial in South Parade at 9pm on Saturday.
