AN ABBA tribute act will perform on the Grand Pier in July.

Abba Fever, formed in 1996 by Steve Nelson, has won numerous awards since its inception.

It has now been performing longer than the award-winning band, which was made up of Agnetha Fältskog, Björn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Anni-Frid Lyngstad until they split up in 1982.

Steve Nelson and Pat Rudge helped to form Abba Fever, which transports audiences back to the 1970s through Abba’s famous hits.

The five-piece group wear authentic costumes for a spectacular show which will get people up and dancing.

Abba Fever will be on the Grand Pier on July 10 at 9pm.

Tickets, priced £7.50, are available from www.grandpier.co.uk

The Mercury has teamed up with the Grand Pier to win two pairs of tickets to the show.
