A RENOWNED Weston performer will be ditching his usual material to play an intimate candlelit gig tonight (Friday).

Adam Lipinski is a regular on the town’s music scene, and has built up a loyal following.

However, he will be showcasing some of his own songs with support from violinist Hannah Johns at Loves Café in West Street.

Loves owner Anna Southwell said: “Adam’s three-monthly slot at Loves is quite special.

“Instead of his usual repertoire, Adam does an intimate candlelit set of his own songs, and some select covers from musicians that have inspired him.

“The result is quite spectacular. Expect to be impressed.”

Doors open at 7pm, with music scheduled to begin at 9pm. Entry is free.
