AMY Winehouse's father will be performing at the 40th anniversary of a Weston rehabilitation centre.
Broadway Lodge in Totterdown Lane is holding a black tie dinner and dance at the Winter Gardens on October 18 with a performance from the Mitch Winehouse Band.
Soul singer Amy Winehouse died in 2011 having battled with drug and alcohol addiction during her life.
Brian Dudley, the centre’s chief executive officer, said: “We’re really excited Amy Winehouse’s father, Mitch, has agreed to bring his band to top musicians to help us celebrate 40 years of supporting people in their fight against addiction.
“The event is set to be a memorable one, with other celebrities pledging to attend and help us raise awareness and funds for our charity.”
There will also be a three course menu, and the centre is seeking raffle and auction items.
Tickets, priced £40 for an individual or £320 for a table of eight, are available from Broadway Lodge on 01934 818008.
