A powerful Swedish rock band, which has built an impressive reputation across the globe, will perform at a South West venue next month.

Metal masters Arch Enemy will take to the stage at Bristol’s O2 Academy, in Frogmore Street, on February 14 at 6.30pm.

Since forming in 1995, the band has shredded the strings around the world to create a sound infusing hard rock and the melodic tones of their lead singer Alissa White-Gluz.

Arch Enemy is touring off the back of their latest record, Will To Power, which has been well received by fans. The first single, The World Is Yours, accrued more than one million YouTube views within 48 hours of its release.

Arch Enemy will be supported by Wintersun and Tribulation.

Tickets for this show, priced £22.45, are available from 01179 279227 or online via www.academymusicgroup.com/o2academybristol
