Audiences will rave on when Buddy comes to Bristol

CELEBRATING a staggering 25 years on stage, Buddy - The Buddy Holly Story will be stopping off at Bristol's Hippodrome during a brand new tour.
You could also win tickets to the show, which has inspired a generation of multi-million selling juke-box musicals, such as Mamma Mia and We Will Rock You.
Buddy tells the enduring tale of the musical icon’s meteoric rise to fame and his final legendary performance at the Surf Ballroom in Clear Lake, Iowa, before his untimely death at the age of 22.
In 18 short months the Texas-born boy revolutionised the face of contemporary music, influencing everyone from The Beatles to Bruce Springsteen.
The show not only boasts a talented cast, but more than 20 of his greatest hits, including the timeless classics That’ll Be The Day, Peggy Sue, Oh Boy and Rave On.
Buddy – The Buddy Holly Story will be at the theatre from June 2-7 at 7.30pm with 2.30pm matinees on June 4 and 7.
