A festival dedicated to great beer and music will take place in Somerset this bank holiday weekend.

Burnham Beer And Music Festival will be held at the Ritz Social Club, in Victoria Street, from Friday to Monday.

The beer kegs will start flowing at 7pm each night, while talented musicians will be taking to the stage at 1pm.

Headline acts at the event include Beckett & Momentum, Rude Awakening, and Somerset-based rockers The Chocolate Frogs.

The festival will boast an extensive range of real ales, with breweries fighting it out for the best festival beer award.

The festival is in its sixth year, and always draws a big crowd of music fans.

Admission to the event is free, and more details on musicians can be found at www.facebook.com/ritzsocialclub
