A BATTLE of the bands is being held to help raise cash for the town's hospice.
Four live bands, En Route, Elwood, Federal Monkey Policy and Under The Covers, will perform and a hog roast will be available.
The gig will be taking place at Weston Rugby Club in Drove Road on May 17 from 7pm.
Tickets, priced £10, are available from Virgin Active or the rugby club and all proceeds will go to Weston Hospicecare.
The event has been organised by Mark Sweeting and three friends, who will also be taking part in a London-to-Paris cycling challenge in July.
They are hoping to raise £10,000 and have so far reached £3,600.
