Squeeze founding member Chris Difford will team up with a fellow songwriter for a performance at Bristol’s Folk House.

Difford will perform alongside Boo Hewerdine, the driving force behind English rock group The Bible.

The show is part of their Some Fantastic Acoustic Book Tour, which is taking them all over the UK.

Difford’s records with Squeeze include Cool For Cats, Up The Junction and Labelled With Love.

Meanwhile, Hewerdine has written for the likes of Paul Young and Kris Drever, as well as working as a music producer.

He is best known for his time in The Bible, which released two critically-accclaimed albums in the 1980s before splitting in 1990.

Chris Difford and Boo Hewerdine will perform at the Folk House, in Park Street, on March 23 at 7.30pm.

Tickets, priced £16, are available online at www.bristolfolkhouse.co.uk or will cost £18.50 on the door for anyone who wants to buy a ticket on the night.
