Coasts head inland for gig

PUBLISHED: 13:00 19 October 2015

BRISTOL-FORMED band Coasts are mid-way through a tour of the UK, but it is only right that they perform a gig in front of their home crowd.

The quartet formed in 2011 and have since performed to a packed tent at Coachella, been featured on Radio 1 numerous times and had more than four million plays through music streaming site Soundcloud.

But now the group are returning to their roots and will be performing at a gig at The Marble Factory in Bristol.

The band’s self-titled debut album was released at the beginning of September and includes a collection of anthemic sounds, with emotive lyrics and summer-themed music.

They are most notable for their singles A Rush Of Blood and Oceans and the band’s album shows off their shared love of dance music and their performance is sure to be equally as electric.

Coasts will be at The Marble Factory in Avon Street, Bristol, on October 31 and the doors will open at 7pm.

Tickets, priced £13, are available online via
