Competition: Choir challenge in new tour

THE chance to prove your singing group is the pick of the choirs will be on offer to Weston performers as multi-award-winning country artist Charlie Landsborough's tour hits The Playhouse.
Charlie and his five-piece band are well-known for enthralling audiences with a mixture of heart-felt lyrics and talented musicians.
The prolific artist is touring the UK as part of promoting his 29th studio album, Silhouette.
The show will differ to his usual tours and will be opened by a leading local choir.
The Charlie Landsborough Amateur Choir Challenge will see one lucky choir performing on stage with Charlie and his band and scoop £1,000 in prize money.
The contest will also see £25 from each entry donated to Children In Need, along with royalties from his single Special.
Charlie Landsborough will be at The Playhouse on October 10 from 7.30pm.
