An award-winning folk duo will bring their UK tour to Bristol next month.

The Edgelarks have been at festival line-ups alongside Kylie Minogue and Manic Street Preachers and will celebrate the band's album release with their up-and-coming tour.

Feather, which is influenced by British folk roots and the theme of hope, is set to hit the shelves on Friday.

Edgelarks members Phillip Henry and Hannah Martin began their musical journey together while they lived in a small caravan on the hills near Exmouth in Devon.

Phil had returned from studying slide guitar in India with the master musician Pandit Debashish Bhattacharya.

The pair won an accolade for Best Duo at the 2014 BBC Radio Two Folk Awards, which they were nominated for in 2016.

The Edgelarks will perform at Bristol's Ear Trumpet Folk Club at The Wardrobe Theatre, in West Street, on June 4 at 8pm.

Tickets, priced £15, are available from or call 0117 203 4040
