FANS of the music of Jeff Lynne and the Electric Light Orchestra will be treated to an ensemble of the band’s finest hits in Weston next month.
The ELO Experience will be bringing all the best hits from the 1970s group to The Playhouse Theatre in Weston on July 7, and the Mercury has three pairs of tickets to give away for the show.

Its sound combined classic rock with an orchestral string section, and the band achieved numerous transatlantic hits.

The ELO Experience are five musicians who aim to provide an authentic tribute to the band, with the vocals of singer Andy Louis considered to be very similar to those of Jeff Lynne.
Tickets for the 7.30pm show, part of the band’s Electric Light Orchestra Greatest Hits Tour, are priced at £16, or £14 for concessions, and are available from 01934 645544 or online at www.theplayhouse.co.uk
